A New Outpost in South Augusta

The Colony is a new 2 Node Multi-use project seeking to develop just inside of Burke County, near the Augusta Corporate Park and Plant Vogtle.

James Pond Development Group, and QALC³, working in concert with the Augusta Economic Development Authority are proposing another new Multiuse Development, seeking to create a new Workforce Housing and Commercial Retail Node.

Community Service based Development

  This concept proposes subdividing an existing 17± acre tract to create these proposed developments, supporting the recent industrial growth and expansion in the Augusta Corporate Park, by addressing its intrinsic and urgent demand for workforce housing in the more immediate area.
