What We're About

QALC³ was founded with a simple idea: to help everyone involved in the construction industry better protect the environment while still meeting the growing needs of our communities.

Our journey began with a small team of passionate surveyors, engineers, real estate developers, contractors, and environmental agency regulators.  We now offer a very wide range of services to investors, developers, contractors, federal installations, municipal entities, and private land owners.

We offer a broad spectrum of Green Infrastructure and Low Impact Development consulting and project management-based services, environmental and construction inspections and testing, exploration, research, mapping, wetlands consulting, conceptual design and development, zoning, and permitting support services for landowners, investors, real estate developers and agents, civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineers, environmental resource managers, land surveyors, architects, environmental regulatory agencies, and environmental non-profits.

Our team of experts is dedicated to finding the best solutions for your projects, while minimizing, mitigating, or eliminating your environmental impact.

Whether you're looking to analyze and understand your new or existing infrastructure development project's environmental impact and liability, how to get the best use out of a given tract of land,  if your

concept is feasible or not, or how to develop a concept from start to finish, we have the experience, dedication, and expertise to help.

QALC³ is a veteran owned and operated organization, where we are committed to promoting responsible growth and environmental sustainability in all that we do.

We believe in working together because everyone has a role to play in protecting the communities we all work and raise our families in.

We value integrity, loyalty, accountability, innovation, and collaboration, and are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and growth to our clients.
